Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our materials and our passion for the environment and circular fashion, we encourage a considered purchase with all items being final sale.

As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

In the event that a piece is deemed as faulty, the piece will be assessed by Enesea and either repaired or refunded. This does not affect the rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
