Yes, we do offer a repair service. The cost of this will be dependent on how long ago you purchased your item, stock availability and the time/ materials required to repair your piece.

Each piece of Enesea jewellery is hand-made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your piece to be crafted and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. In the event that a piece is deemed as faulty, the piece will be assessed by Enesea and either repaired or refunded. As our pieces are hand crafted and made to order, full payment is required to begin working on your piece. You will be contacted throughout this process as we take a collaborative approach for all of our bespoke orders. Amendments or changes can be made throughout this process.

Due to the handmade nature of our collections and the ability to customize, each piece and its length varies and we therefore do not have a blanket size guide. The majority of necklaces are 35-40cm.
