SHIPPING

Each piece of Enesea jewellery is hand-made and made to order. Please allow 5 business days for product to be made before dispatch. All pieces are hand made and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Due to the unique nature of the materials used, pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.

Once an item is shipped, Enesea is no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages that are; lost in transit, stolen or un-retrieved that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's government website for more information on whether you might be liable for duty or tax payments.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Enesea is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist, However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

RETURNS 

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.  As our products are made-to-order, we cannot except returns due to change of mind. In the event that a piece is deemed as faulty, the piece will be assessed by Enesea and either repaired or refunded. This does not affect the rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
